If I choose to eat there again, I'll probably just get take out. They should really justtake reservations to help alleviate the bottle neck. The Flying Biscuit Cafe in Raleigh, NC enlightens moods via the belly with a generous menu of classic comfort fare, including soft, flaky biscuits. I would've given them 5 stars if we didn't have to wait for an hour to be seated and still had to track a server down. Though they dont have a special GF menu they were prepared to accommodate me. But, towards the end of our meal, one of thechefs came out to ask how we were doing, which was an unexpected surprise. It took about 15 minutes to even get a server over to greet us and take our order, which we weren't pleased with after such a long wait just to be seated. While the wait time was lessthan desirable, the staff was friendly. I ended up getting the Egg-ceptional Eggs with both the grits and potatoes and a cup of coffee. They also have quite a few vegetarian options, so I was happy about that. So if you have Celiac, like me, or follow a gluten free diet, do. But the biscuits are definitely not gluten free. They do have quite a few gluten free options, despite the name. I have to say that we all quite enjoyed our food for brunch.
